The Different Types of Liner

You can use an eyeliner pencil, a liquid liner or an eyeliner brush dipped into a deep shadow to line eyes. If you use a pencil, set the line with eyeshadow because penciled lines tend to melt and won't stay put all day.

How to Apply Liquid Eyeliner

To apply liquid eyeliner, line the eye from the inside of the lashes outward in one big sweep. You can also line the eye from the middle of the lash line outward, then finish the line from the inner corner of the eye to the middle. Another liquid eyeliner trick requires a steady hand and will make eyes appear wider.

• Start with a completely bare eye.
• On the upper lashes, dot the liquid liner into the spaces between the lashes, wiggling the liner into the lashes. The result is not supposed to be a line. It's supposed to look as if the lashes themselves are super thick at the root.
• Apply mascara.
• Compare eye to other naked eye.

First, don’t wrap your hair in a towel for 20 minutes to absorb the water from your hair after showing.You will be left with frizz! Second, don’t rub your hair with a traditional terrycloth towel. It can cause breakage to your hair and add even more frizz! Instead, squeeze all the water out of your hair and let your hair dry about 20% before you add any products to it. If you must use a towel, make it microfiber or use a t-shirt. This way you will have much less frizz and your hair can take in those wonderful products your hairstylist recommended, therefore giving you magazine-worthy hair.

Chris Brown Not Required To Appear In Court On Assault Charge

A judge has ruled that Chris Brown does not need to travel to Washington, D.C. to appear in court regarding the misdemeanor assault charge he is facing there.

Washington D.C. Superior Judge Robert Tignor said (November 22) that Chris Brown does not need to travel to Washington from Los Angeles in order to appear in court Monday (November 25), as per billboard.com.
Thus, Brown is allowed to waive his scheduled court appearance Monday, according to billboard.com.
The singer’s lawyers told Tignor that they thought Brown did not need to check out of rehab in Los Angeles and fly to Washington given that they would be requesting a new court date Monday, billboard.com says.
Earlier this week, Brown was ordered to spend 90 days in live-in anger management rehab, according to tmz.com.
The singer is facing a misdemeanor assault charge from an incident last month which began when Brown was reportedly approached at approximately 4:30 am by two women who wanted to take a picture with him in front of the W Hotel in Washington, D.C., according to law enforcement, as per TMZ. When two men attempted to get into the photo, Brown allegedly used a gay slur before allegedly throwing a punch at the alleged victim, as per TMZ.com.
Brown was initially facing a felony assault charge, but it was reduced to a misdemeanor from a felony, according to TMZ.com.

ACTOR ASHTON KUTCHER UNVEILED AS SURPRISE PRODUCT ENGINEER FOR TABLET FIRM LENOVO (Looking a lot like Steve Jobs)

Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher has been unveiled as the latest product engineer for computer firm Lenovo at the launch of the tech firm's new Yoga tablet.
The star of Two And A Half Men made the surprise announcement when he took to the stage last night at a Los Angeles event which had been shrouded in mystery.
And his presentation was uncannily reminiscent of those famously delivered by the late Apple boss Steve Jobs, whom Kutcher played earlier this year in the biopic Jobs.
